Kate Emmons

Kate Emmons is a communications strategist with a focus on storytelling and cultivating social impact through community-centered programming. Kate serves as an Associate Consultant at TCC Group. She project manages multiple portfolios for a corporate funder, supports strategic communications across programs and utilizes arts and culture to drive narrative change. In her role, Kate also collaborates with movement builders nationwide to reframe the narrative around HIV and Black women.

Prior to joining TCC Group, Kate held the position of Communications Manager at the LOHM. Kate developed and implemented internal and external communications plans, oversaw public programming and managed partnerships to advance the organization’s mission to end poverty and incarceration for women and girls.
