About

Niiobli is a strategist with over fifteen years of experience in grassroots community engagement, public health, and issues facing race and social justice. Niiobli is known for his deep, intensive work unpacking equity and creating programs, communications, and training to help clients make equity and inclusion core values.

Niiobli founded We-Collab in 2015, a social change organization that operates at the intersection of policy, practice, and community. Since then Niiobli has worked with over a dozen national foundations on strategic initiatives, supported the Obama Administration in the implementation of My Brother’s Keeper Initiative, and worked with Bloomberg Associates on their domestic Social Services Portfolio. Prior to We-Collab, Niiobli was the National Health Program Director at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). During his tenure he engaged with 1200 local and state units and 300,000 members in the implementation of the NAACP Health strategic plan. In 2014, Niiobli received the White House Champions of Change award for his work in ACA enrollment activities across the country.
