The end of the year is more than just cozy sweaters and holiday traditions. It’s also a time for us communicators to reflect on strategy and plan for the future.
With this in mind, we’re using next month’s BYOB (Bring Your Own Bagel) as a space for our members to exchange feedback, insights and challenges on all things strategic communications. Since no one wants to talk strategy at 9am, we’re holding this session from 5-6pm ET on November 16, 2021.
During this interactive session, members will have a chance to:
See examples of other organizations’ strategic communications plans
Discuss various approaches to strategic communications planning
Ask questions about your own organization’s plan
If you’re willing to share your organization’s strategic communications plan (past or present), please let us know here. Even if you don’t have a strategic comms plan to share, we’d still love to get your input on others’ ideas.
